Fly to Madrid, Spain round-trip on American Airlines/oneworld from February to April 2025 from the RGV starting at $590. For about $30 more, you can fly on United/Star Alliance. Normally tickets to Europe cost over $1,000+, so this is a great deal!

Final Thoughts

I went to Madrid on a solo trip in 2017 and loved every minute. I stayed in the Atocha area of Madrid and was never too far from anything. The food and attractions were great, but remember to pack a good pair of walking shoes. There aren’t many affordable deals out of the RGV directly to Europe, and with this deal overlapping with Spring Break, I definitely recommend booking sooner rather than later.
